A Brief Introduction
Zzenith Medical Alliance Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Zzenith Sleep & Respiratory, Medical & Nursing Services Pte. Ltd.), was set up by medical doctor, Dr Casey Koh, and state registered nurse Michelle Teo.
Zzenith Medical Alliance Pte. Ltd. first started off with offering homecare medical and nursing services, including CPAP and BIPAP therapy, as well as the distribution of medical equipment and accessories. However, we have since stopped homecare services to better focus on two main areas of strength: Distribution and Patient Care.
On Distribution
We are committed to sourcing and supplying quality medical devices at affordable prices to businesses such as clinics, pharmacies and hospitals, to enable them to pass the cost-savings on to their patients/ customers.
On Patient-Management
The management of patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea is carried out at the snooZze clinic by Zzenith (click to find out more), a medical clinic owned by Zzenith Medical Alliance Pte. Ltd..

Dr Casey Koh
Medical Doctor
Preferring a fast paced environment, Dr. Casey spends most of his time as a locum doctor at the Accident & Emergency Department of a restructured hospital. Amidst his busy schedule, Dr. Casey sets time aside to review patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension at the snooZze clinic by Zzenith, a medical clinic owned by Zzenith Medical Alliance Pte. Ltd, located at Royal Square Medical Centre (within the Novena Medical Hub).
Dr. Casey is largely responsible for the medical direction of the company, and constantly finds ways to improve patient outcome, at the lowest possible costs.
Michelle Teo

Originally equipped with a degree in Information Systems & Management awarded by the University of London, Michelle took a way longer route than most of her peers to discover her passion in healthcare. She embarked on a nursing diploma in Nanyang Polytechnic under the career switch program by the Workforce Development Agency after a couple of years of being unsure of what she really wanted in life. Michelle spent a few years as a nurse in areas such as cardiology, psychiatry, and end-of-life care, before spending a few years in sales and training roles for medical device companies. Due to her calling to return to the clinical area and to utilise the knowledge she has acquired, she set up Zzenith Sleep & Respiratory Solutions to allow her to utilise her knowledge and her experience to provide quality care to her clients.
Besides being involved with Zzenith Medical Alliance Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Zzenith Sleep & Respiratory, Medical & Nursing Pte. Ltd.), Michelle also offered her services as a home hospice care nurse with a VWO. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she volunteered her services at 4 of the foreign worker dormitories as part of the medical post. She later offered her services at an accredited vaccination centre providing vaccinations for Covid-19, during the mass vaccination programme.
A strong advocate of lifelong learning, she was studying Psychology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, which she unfortunately had to give up due to the increasing demands of the business. She has, however, managed to acquire board accreditation as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, and board certification in Clinical Sleep Health.
